Information about prices

• Apartment rates are in Euro per week for the indicated occupancy for a minimum stay of 4 days.
• Room rates are in Euro per day for the indicated occupancy including breakfast.
• The rates include bed linen, hand- and bath towels, perfectly furnished kitchen and final cleaning.
• The supplement for the second room is € 20 per night.
• The room can also be booked in combination with the "Martin” and "Roland” apartments.
• Bread Service is offered on request.
• To the indicated prices will be added the local city tax of € 2.40 per person/per day for guests aged over 14. The tax is paid on departure and is specifically stated on the invoice.

Conditions

• Cots are available for free.
• We prefer Saturday and Sunday as arrival and departure day.
• Please understand that the apartment will be at your disposal not before 4 pm on the arrival day.
• We kindly ask you to vacate the apartment by 10 am.
• For firm bookings we request a down payment of € 200 per week.

Cancellation policy

• you can cancel free of charge up to 3 months before day of arrival.
• If you cancel between 3 months and 4 weeks before your set arrival date we will charge you 3 days of your holiday.
• If you cancel within the 4 weeks directly before your set arrival date, then 70% of the booking will be charged.
